nationwide. Established in 1994 by Joseph C. Foy, its President, J.C.Foy,
LC serves clients in the commercial, recreational, industrial and 
manufacturing
fields. Responsibilities commonly undertaken by Mr. Foy include
administration, engineering, manufacture, and construction. Additionally,
J.C.Foy, LC serves as an expert witness in litigation and dispute resolution
proceedings involving construction and engineering claims. Mr. Foy is also
a member of the American Arbitration Association's Panel of Neutrals, and has
arbitrated construction cases relating to a diverse assortment of properties,
plants and equipment, and concerning numerous parties acting in different
construction-related capacities.
